01 Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms and Conditions:

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any service provided by the 69jili platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and any other policies or notices published on the Platform (collectively, the "Agreement"). These documents are incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions and form part of the Agreement.

If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, you must immediately cease accessing and using the 69jili platform and must not register an account. Continued use of the Platform following publication of any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of such amendment.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English-language version and any translated version, the English-language version shall prevail.

03 Eligibility and Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

Real-money gaming on the 69jili platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration, in compliance with Philippine laws and PAGCOR regulations governing casino-style gaming. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. 69jili reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where age eligibility cannot be confirmed.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The 69jili platform is directed at and intended for use by residents of the Philippines. Players who access the Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited, restricted, or subject to licensing requirements not met by the Company do so entirely at their own risk. The Company makes no representations that the Platform is appropriate or available for use outside the Philippines.

3.3 Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 69jili platform at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different contact details, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances and pending withdrawals.

Upon registration, Players are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on a valid government-issued Philippine ID
• Date of birth
• Valid Philippine mobile number
• Valid email address (if applicable)
• Preferred payment method details

Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account termination without refund of any deposited funds that have been wagered or used in connection with the fraudulent registration.

3.4 KYC Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal, 69jili requires all Players to complete KYC verification by submitting a clear, legible copy of a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document. Accepted documents include, without limitation: Philippine Passport, UMID (Unified Multi-Purpose ID), Driver's License, PhilHealth ID, SSS/GSIS Card, Voter's ID, and Postal ID. The Company reserves the right to request additional documentation, including proof of address or source of funds, at its sole discretion.

04 Account Security

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account credentials, including usernames, passwords, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to notify 69jili immediately if you suspect or become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

The Company will never contact Players to request account passwords. Any communication purporting to request your password or financial credentials should be treated as fraudulent and reported to 69jili support immediately. The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security or your failure to promptly notify us of a security breach.

69jili strongly recommends that all Players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts. The Company reserves the right to enforce 2FA requirements for all withdrawal transactions at its discretion.

05 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

69jili accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, Coins.ph, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and USDT (TRC20). All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱) unless otherwise specified. The Company reserves the right to add, modify, or remove available payment methods at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to a Player's account wallet upon successful processing by the relevant payment provider. Processing times vary by payment method; GCash and Maya deposits are typically credited within seconds. The Company does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, Players should be aware that individual payment providers may apply their own fees.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 for e-wallet channels (GCash, Maya, Coins.ph) and ₱500 for bank transfers. Withdrawal requests are processed by 69jili on a 24-hour, seven-day basis. E-wallet withdrawals typically arrive within 15 to 30 minutes of processing; bank transfer withdrawals may take up to two business days depending on the receiving institution.

Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been verified and are in the Player's name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. The Company reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal request and to delay or refuse withdrawals pending the outcome of any investigation into suspected fraudulent activity.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

69jili is committed to compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. Players must not use the Platform to facilitate, conceal, or launder the proceeds of any illegal activity. The Company may report suspicious transactions to the relevant Philippine authorities as required by law. Deposits must be made from payment accounts in the Player's own name; deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback awards, and promotional offers made available by 69jili are subject to these General Bonus Terms and any additional terms specified in the relevant promotion. In the event of any conflict between these General Bonus Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion, Bonus Funds credited to a Player's account are subject to a wagering requirement of 25× (twenty-five times) the bonus amount before any winnings derived from the Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering contribution rate of different game categories is as follows:

• Slots and Instant Games: 100% contribution toward wagering requirements
• Live Casino Table Games: 10% contribution toward wagering requirements
• RNG Table Games: 10% contribution toward wagering requirements
• Sports Betting: 20% contribution toward wagering requirements
• Crash Games: 50% contribution toward wagering requirements

6.3 Bonus Restrictions

Bonus Funds must be used within 30 calendar days of credit. Any Bonus Funds remaining unconverted at the expiry of this period will be automatically removed from the Player's account without replacement. Players may not hold more than one active welcome bonus concurrently. Bonuses are intended for recreational use only; systematic exploitation of bonus offers through coordinated wagering patterns, arbitrage betting, or other bonus abuse strategies is prohibited and constitutes grounds for account suspension.

6.4 Cashback and VIP Program

Daily cashback credits and VIP loyalty program rewards are issued as real money with no wagering requirement unless otherwise stated. VIP tier classifications, cashback percentages, and loyalty point conversion rates are subject to change at the Company's discretion. Players will be notified of material changes via account notification or email.

07 Gameplay and Fair Use

All games offered on the 69jili platform use certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer mechanics operated by licensed third-party game studios. The Company does not control the RNG outcomes of third-party game software. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome during a Player's session.

Players acknowledge that online gaming involves an element of chance and that past game outcomes do not influence future results. The Company is not liable for any losses suffered during gameplay, whether attributable to game mechanics, network interruptions, or any other cause.

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or system error that affects the outcome of a game round, the Company reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the Player's wallet. The Company's decision on disputed game outcomes is final and binding.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 69jili platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or the platform
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer games
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or loopholes to obtain credits or wins not legitimately generated
• Chargebacks on deposits made to the platform
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or third-party payment credentials
• Creating accounts for individuals under 21 years of age
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming first-deposit bonuses more than once
• Sharing account access with any third party
• Using the platform in connection with any criminal activity, including money laundering or fraud
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the platform's software

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the 69jili platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logos, graphics, game interfaces, promotional materials, website design, software, and text — is the proprietary intellectual property of 69jili or its licensed third-party game and content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants Players any ownership rights or license in respect of this intellectual property.

Players may not reproduce, copy, distribute, republish, transmit, modify, or create derivative works from any 69jili platform content without the prior written consent of the Company. Unauthorized use of 69jili's intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.

10 Responsible Gaming

69jili is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations to Player welfare seriously. The Company provides all registered Players with access to a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality check notifications, and self-exclusion options.

Players who believe they may be experiencing problem gambling behavior are encouraged to make use of these tools immediately. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly; once a self-exclusion period is set, it cannot be shortened or reversed by the Player until the designated period has elapsed. The Company will not accept deposits from or offer bonuses to self-excluded Players during their exclusion period.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 69jili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or system failures.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The Company does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain types of liability, the Company's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In all cases, the Company's total aggregate liability to a Player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player during the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Account Suspension and Closure

69jili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time and without prior notice where the Company reasonably believes that a Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or prohibited conduct, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory direction.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to suspected breach of these Terms, the Company may withhold any balance pending investigation. Where breach is confirmed, the Company reserves the right to void all associated bets, forfeit all pending winnings, and recover from the Player any bonus amounts already withdrawn in connection with the breach.

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting 69jili customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Funds) will be refunded to the Player's registered payment method following standard KYC verification.

13 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between a Player and 69jili arising from the use of the Platform or the application of these Terms, the Player should first contact 69jili customer support via the 24/7 live chat function and attempt to resolve the matter directly with the Company.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with the Company within 14 calendar days of the initial complaint, the Player may escalate the complaint to the relevant Philippine regulatory authority. All disputes shall be subject to Philippine law and, where not resolved by the parties, shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

The Company's decisions on all gaming outcomes, bonus applications, and account-related matters are final and binding, subject only to manifest error or proven technical malfunction. Players may not initiate chargeback procedures through payment providers in lieu of utilizing the dispute resolution process set out in this section.

14 Amendments to These Terms

69jili reserves the right to amend, modify, supplement, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via on-site notification, email, or both, at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the effective date of the change, except where immediate implementation is required by applicable law or regulatory directive.

It is the Player's responsibility to review the current Terms and Conditions periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after any revision's effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflicts of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the Philippines, and each party irrevocably submits to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

If any provision of these Terms is held by a competent court to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
